Terms of Service

By accessing or using ListBee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a ListBee account. By registering, you represent that you are an adult and that the information you provide is accurate.

Anyone — including minors — may browse published supply lists without creating an account. No personal information is collected from visitors who do not register.

When you create an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password confidential and not share access with others
• Notify us immediately at support@listbee.org if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
• Associate your account only with a school or district where you are genuinely employed

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate a school, district, teacher, or any other person or entity
• Publish supply lists that contain false, misleading, or harmful content
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission
• Attempt to interfere with, disable, or circumvent any security feature of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

You retain ownership of the supply lists and content you create. By publishing a supply list, you grant ListBee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Service for as long as it remains published.

Published supply lists are publicly visible to anyone — no account required. Do not include personally identifiable information (such as a home address or personal phone number) in a published list.

ListBee reserves the right to remove or unpublish any content that violates these terms, is reported as inaccurate, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, with or without prior notice.

Commission rates, payout structures, and participating retailers are subject to change. ListBee is not responsible for changes made by retailers to their affiliate programs, commission rates, or terms.

Clicking an affiliate link will take you to a third-party retailer's website. ListBee is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those sites.

The ListBee name, logo, design, and underlying software are the exclusive property of ListBee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of ListBee's intellectual property to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ListBee does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Supply list content is created by teachers and is not reviewed or verified by ListBee. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any supply list.

Product availability, pricing, and affiliate commission rates on third-party retailer sites are outside ListBee's control and may change at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ListBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if ListBee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall ListBee's total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any) or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@listbee.org. Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed and your published supply lists will be unpublished.

ListBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, that we reasonably believe has violated these terms or is being used in a way that harms the Service or its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material — particularly changes that affect affiliate earnings or school payouts — we will notify registered users by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
